The 2024 election is scheduled for April 10, 2024.
This year, New York Life is pleased to share that we are providing new and convenient options to vote online and by telephone.
As a mutual insurance company, New York Life has always valued the participation and input of its policy owners. In an effort to foster this relationship even further, this year instead of a paper ballot, we have mailed an Annual Election Notice to all eligible policy owners that includes instructions on how to vote electronically and telephonically. The company will, upon request, mail a paper ballot to any eligible voter. We hope that you will take the opportunity to cast your ballot online or by phone.
- To vote online, go to www.envisionreports.com/newyorklife or use the QR code on the front of the 2024 Annual Election Notice, received by mail.
- To vote by telephone, please call 1-800-652-VOTE (8683).
For both of these options, please have available the 15-digit number from blue-shaded bar on the front of your 2024 Annual Election Notice.
Alternatively, you may request that a ballot be mailed to you at no charge by calling 1-800-790-7783. Please note, in order to receive a paper ballot in time for this year’s election, you must make this request on or before March 28, 2024.
